Šéfkuchár Ivan Čurgali vniesol do reštaurácie už pred rokmi nový smer a spolu so svojím tímom kuchárov sa snažia využívať najnovšie gastro technológie, aby zákazníkom prinášali nové chute, štruktúry a vizuálne zaujímavé gurmánske zážitky. Áčko restaurant – a family restaurant that few would expect to find in the heart of Šuriany. We offer a high-quality seasonal menu, homemade pasta, steaks prepared on premium charcoal on the JOSPER grill, as well as new specialties created with the help of local suppliers. Chef Ivan Curgali brought a new direction to the restaurant years ago and, together with his team of chefs, strives to use the latest gastro technology to bring customers new flavours, textures and visually interesting gourmet experiences. The restaurant is listed in the Falstaff guide in Slovakia.
